Bull Sharks : Man Eaters, or "Antechrists" ? Dangerous, as Wild Animals, But None of Them

Every species on Earth, including humankind, can hurt, or kill, another individual from other species, and sometimes even from its own.

The Bull Shark (Carcharhinus leucas)(family : Carcharhinidae - A requiem shark) is one of the most dangerous Sharks for people, with the Tiger Shark (Galeocerdo cuvier), the Ocean White Tip Shark, or Longimanus (Carcharhinus longimanus), and the Great White Shark (Carcharodon carcharias).

However, because such events in l'Île de la Réunion (France), Recife, Brasil, or in Florida, USA occur, accidents/attacks can be avoided when we understand the ecoloy of the Bull hark. For example, as SHARK RESEARCH Opal & Silver Coasts (EU) repeats these simple rules frequently : surfing, or swimming close to estuaries : NO ; surfing or swimming after, or during, (heavy) rains : NO ; surfing/swimming close to a beach where a dog (or dogs) plays in the water : NO ; surfing/swimming when night : NO ; swimming offshore when sailing : NO ; swimming/surfing when migration of other fishes such as during Sardine Runs : NO, or avoid it as much as you can, or be very careful ; and so on.

In fact, some diving tours propose dives with Bull Sharks. If Bull Sharks were - always.. - man eaters, there were not any success of survival for people concerned... Hereafter is an example of diving with Bull Sharks.

As I said, avoid doing what I do : diving alone... Or rarely, very precautionary, and silently.
