SARS-COV II & SHARK RESEARCH : Postponing its Full Operation

Due the french confinement and displacement restrictions since March 2020, I regretfully made the decision to postpone the full operation of the research duties of SHARK RESEARCH: Silver & Opal Coasts (EU).

However, this project is not stopped, and won't ever stop. Marine Biodiversity, and especially Sharks, will ever be the priority of SHARK RESEARCH, everywhere, and for this project in the Bay of Biscay (SE, EU), North Sea, Channel, and Bay of Somme.

During this apparent slow pace, some duties were performed : International Sea Law & Treaties investigation, documentation collection, including books about Sharks, studying further purchases of Sharking materials, new harpoons made, testing mechanically big-game hooks, and so on.

Professional fishing boats were at their harbors. However, finding new areas and potential boats to tag Sharks was also made.
